The Polo Grounds is located in the historic Town of Aurora and just steps from the Village of East Aurora, The Polo Grounds is an exciting new community of single and paired-villa style patio homes.

The NY State Attorney general has approved our Condominium Offering Plan. We are now accepting contracts of sale and home site reservations.
