The site is located on the east side of Livingston Road, between Bonita Beach and Immokalee Roads, west of I-75 in North Naples.  The property will be developed with a luxury residential development of single and multi-family. 

 Legacy Development is leading the entitlement process which will consist of application to the Collier County Commission to rezone the property to 4 units per acre in accordance with the Collier County Growth Management Plan and its Future Land Use Map.

Conceptual Site Plan

The draft conceptual site plan that will be used in connection with an application for rezoning is depicted below. The pre-application meeting with Collier County Planning Staff was held on April 5, 2006. A formal application for rezoning to 4 units per acre is expected to be submitted on or about June 1, 2006.
