Retail development opportunity at the future intersection of IGP and SR 2209, the County's primary North/South alternate to I-95.  IGP is currently 4 lanes and will eventually be 6 lanes from this site to the I-95 interchange.  SR 2209 has been funded from IGP to Racetrack Road and will offer a convenient alternate to the heavily congested segment of I-95 from SR16 to the Duval County Line. 

The site will be able to accommodate over 350 thousand square feet of retail space. Planning is currently in progress and the site will be ready for construction upon the completion of SR2209 to the site.  Construction start for this project is forecast for late 2009 or early 2010.
