Webster Square will be located on a 60 acre parcel along Webster and North Buffalo Roads in the Town of Orchard Park, NY.  The property will be developed utilizing smart growth principals focusing on a pedestrian friendly mix of housing, commercial and retail uses. It will preserve open space and many other environmental amenities unique to this site.  Planning for the site has commenced and we are targeting a late 2008 start for construction.
