Legacy developed the Astor Ridge Condominiums, a 36 unit multifamily residential project in Amherst, NY.  Legacy acquired the vacant land, completed the entitlement process and arranged construction financing to fund development.  Legacy supervised the offering plan process through the NY State Attorney General's office and managed unit sales through outside realtors.  Legacy was the project general contractor. Project sell-out was acheived in 2 1/2 years with increasing unit prices throughout the sell-out.
