Laurel Park Patio Homes, Clarence, NY

Legacy developed the Laurel Park Patio Home project in Clarence, NY. Legacy managed the entitlement process through an arduous, 3 1/2 year process in the Town of Clarence, NY which immediately following Laurel Park's approval, instituted an 18 month moratorium on new residential development.

Legacy purchased the vacant land, completed the entitlements and was general contractor for the installation of all site improvements for this 47 unit patio home development. Legacy was responsible for the marketing concepts at Laurel Park including signage and the gated entry in use today. Legacy sold the improved lots in bulk to a home builder in March, 2006.
