Autumn Creek is a 228 unit luxury apartment community in East Amherst, NY that Legacy developed from the ground up.  Legacy purchased the vacant property and completed the entitlement process before arranging the construction financing and managing construction of the project. Upon completion, Legacy managed the property for 8 years until it was sold in April, 2007.
